Some sweets may not be suitable for children under the age of three.
Because our products are sourced by several manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of traces of nuts.

We reserve the right to amend any gift message that we believe may offend the recipient. We will contact you before any amendment is made.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All purchases are made in GBP and include V.A.T in the price shown.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Shipping And Handling Orders up to noon Mon-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.
All orders after noon will be dispatched the next working day.
Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

UK postage rates:

Up to 500g = £1.98
Any other size order = £3.95 standard delivery.

Standard Delivery is up to 7 working days for the UK. (weekends are not working days).

Fast Delivery is 2-3 working days for UK mainland only, cost £4.95

B.F.P.O forces posted overseas - your parcel will be delivered as quickly as possible, however due to security issues we can not give an exact date your parcel will arrive but rest assured it will arrive as quickly as possible.

Please note that UK orders require a signature on delivery, we can deliver to your work address.
Deliveries will only be made Monday to Fridays for all orders over 500g in weight.
Please make sure somebody is in to sign for the parcel if the delivery is going to your home address.
We can deliver to your place of work, please note that deliveries are made weekdays only.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.
A charge will be made to change any delivery address once the goods have left us.

International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail.

Overseas allow 28 days for delivery.

SORRY WE NO LONGER SHIP TO THE USA - THIS IS DUE TO RECENT AMERICAN POLICY ON IMPORTING FOOD PRODUCTS AND INSURANCE PROBLEMS.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status.
We reserve the right to substitute any item for one of a similar type.
(Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)

Overseas Orders:
If you are ordering from a non-UK address your credit card company will apply the appropriate exchange rate. Your credit card company may charge you a small fee for this.
Your credit card will be debited on the day your order is dispatched; this is handled by our secure credit card processing facility with Protex.
The customer is liable for all tax's and custom duties imposed by their country.

Tax Charges All prices are inclusive; the only extra charge is for postage, which we keep to the lowest rate.

V.A.T is included in the total price. The price on screen is the price you pay including Vat.

The customer is responsible for all local tax's and custom duties imposed by their Country.

Products returned to us due to unpaid import duties or rejection will not be resent and delivery charges will be made before any refund is agreed. This is to cover our shipping costs.

We will do our up most to ensure that your order arrives with you in good order as soon as is physically possible.
If however for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return the product in its original packaging with a copy of your original order and covering letter explaining your concerns. We will be happy to refund you in full. This is in accordance with the distance selling regulations UK

You can cancel your order at anytime after placing the order and up to 7 days after receiving goods.
Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a signed for delivery.
We cannot except any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will not be held liable for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit.
(Example, chocolate melting in hot weather.)

Remittance Terms If you are paying by cheque please write the number of your Cheque Guarantee Card on the back of your cheque.
