Because our products are sourced by several manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of traces of nuts.

We reserve the right to amend any gift message that we believe may offend the recipient. We will contact you before any amendment is made.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All purchases are made in GBP and include V.A.T in the price shown.

Shipping And Handling Orders up to noon Mon-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.
All orders after noon will be dispatched the next working day.
Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that UK orders require a signature on delivery, we can deliver to your work address.
Our Courier Deliveries will only be made Monday to Fridays 8am to 8pm.
Please make sure somebody is in to sign for the parcel if the delivery is going to your home address.
We can deliver to your place of work, please note that deliveries are made weekdays only.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.
A charge will be made to change any delivery address once the goods have left us.
International Deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Air Mail.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status.

If you are ordering from a non-UK address your credit card company will apply the appropriate exchange rate. Your credit card company may charge you a small fee for this.
Your credit card will be debited on the day your order is dispatched; this is handled by our secure credit card processing facility with Sagepay.
The customer is liable for all tax's and custom duties imposed by their country.

Orders up to noon Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. All orders after noon will be dispatched the next day. Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.
Please note that UK orders require a signature on delivery, we can deliver to your work address.

B.F.P.O forces posted overseas - your parcel will be delivered as quickly as possible, however due to security issues we cannot give an exact date your parcel will arrive but rest assured it will arrive as quickly as possible.
Please allow up to 14 days for all overseas deliveries.

Tax Charges All prices are inclusive; the only extra charge is for postage, which we keep to the lowest rate.
V.A.T is included in the total price. The price on screen is the price you pay including Vat.
The customer is responsible for all local taxes and custom duties imposed by their Country.
Products returned to us due to unpaid import duties or rejection will not be resent and delivery charges will be made before any refund is agreed. This is to cover our shipping costs.

We use a secure 128 bit order system with one of the leading companies in the field Sagepay with 128-bit encryption.
Your credit card details are encrypted with Sagepay on their secure server to protect you from fraud. We do not receive or store your credit card details only the confirmation that the transaction has been made.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Under the distance selling regulations you may return items up to 7 days from receipt of good for a full refund.
We can only refund food products if they are unopened in their original wrappers.
Damaged products must be retuned before a refund can be made. We do require photographic proof of damage before the item is returned.
Please do not accept a delivery if it is damaged in transit.
Delays due to adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, acts of god, or terrorism are beyond our control and as such we do not guarantee delivery by a certain date due to the nature of these acts, nor are we liable for costs incurred due to delay.
Return postage will only be reimbursed up to a reasonable amount which must be agreed in writing before dispatch.

We will do our up most to ensure that your order arrives with you in good order as soon as is physically possible.
If however for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return the product in its original packaging with a copy of your original order and covering letter explaining your concerns. We will be happy to refund you in full. This is in accordance with the distance selling regulations UK

You can cancel your order at any time after placing the order and up to 7 days after receiving goods.
Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a signed for delivery.
We cannot except any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will not be held liable for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit.
