Fudge contains pure raw materials and is prepared according to traditional methods. All the ingredients are carefully weighed and mixed, then boiled in copper kettles and poured out onto cooling tables (marble slabs in the past). The Fudge is then left to mature for a day to allow the sugar crystals to form the typical fudge-like structure. Finally the Fudge is cut into squares and they’re ready to enjoy.
