I've been a returning customer of TIS for a couple of years now. Always been happy. Ordered this hamper and another separate packet of sweets. They put the extra sweets order in the box without asking if that is what I wanted. Resulting in me having to untie the beautiful bow on the box, ruining the presentation of the gift. I'm useless at bows so the box is just a box now. Disappointed to have paid so much for what ended up a little spoiled.
