Searching for these drinks, I accidentally stumbled onto this website. Excellent service and goods arrived promptly and safely. The drink is going down very well. Gladly recommend the drink and Treasure Island Sweets.

Delivery is made on weekdays only (Saturday delivery is available if selected specifically).

Free UK Delivery on all orders of £60 and more. This is a tracked delivery service and normally takes from 2 to 7 working days.

We have no minimum order value, so if you want just one bag of sweets we are happy to help you just as much as someone who'd like a whole pallet of candy canes!

We can deliver to your place of work or to a separate address - just tell us where when you checkout.

We will not be held liable for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while goods are in transit (ie. chocolate melting during hot weather). Please bear this in mind if ordering in a heat wave during the summer. We have air conditioning, but delivery vans do not always have that luxury!

Please note: Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands, your order may take longer to arrive. Approximately two days extra for gold orders and 3 days extra for silver and bronze.

Collect from store option

You will need to collect from our store in Bristol. This is the only collection location currently available. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be picked and packed and ready for collection.


Returns policy for the UK only

You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund on the items you have ordered. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of an error on OUR behalf (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Please contact us in the first instance before returning any item(s) so that we can issue you a returns number and arrange collection if required.

Return delivery charges are the customer's liability in the event of a change of mind or if the order is no longer required (the original delivery charge will not be refunded in this event). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe transit and we strongly recommend using a tracked/insured delivery service.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days once we've received your return.


Shipping across Europe

We deliver throughout Europe and worldwide via DPD and UPS courier and Royal Mail Air Mail services. The shipping charge will be calculated automatically when you checkout.

Orders throughout Europe with standard shipping (Inside Europe Air Mail) should arrive within 5 to 15 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 30 in case of delays due to customs or border control.

Our faster courier delivery to Europe (Inside Europe Courier) should arrive within 3 to 5 working days from dispatch. Again, please allow some extra time in case of customs or border control delays as times are estimated.

As a guide, current VAT in Europe is set at 20% and import duty for confectionery is around 10%, depending on the product. Not all products have this new duty or VAT charge. We are working to improve display of which products are duty or VAT free. You will however no longer be charged the UK VAT at 20%, so you will see a reduction at the checkout stage when you select a European destination.

Your order may be liable for local VAT and import duty set by your country of residence. This will be charged by your courier or customs and payment will be required before delivery. If your order is returned to us for non payment of import duty or VAT, we'll deduct the original shipping charge before calculating the refund. We are NOT responsible for any import duty or VAT set by your country.


Shipping to the United States and Canada

VAT (British tax on goods) is not charged on orders exported to the USA and Canada. The 20% tax rate will automatically be removed at the checkout stage when you place your order, so long as shipping and billing is to an address in the USA or Canada.

We ship to the USA and Canada via one of our couriers; UPS, DPD, or Royal Mail Air Mail.

Shipping should take between 3 and 5 working days from the day of dispatch. We do not dispatch on weekends or on UK bank holidays. These are NOT classed as working days.

Shipping dates are estimated and not a guaranteed service. Local taxes may be payable by the customer on import depending on local states' internal tax rules. We can not accept any liability or refund charges, taxes, or import duties imposed by customs, or local taxation in any form.

Royal Mail international delivery should take 7 to 14 working days. It may take longer from time to time. If your order is urgent please use our courier option.

The vast majority of parcels to the USA and Canada will arrive quickly and without any problems or delays with customs. To avoid any complications with your shipment, please double check your address and ZIP code are correct. In the event of an incorrect address being given, we are unable to refund any shipping charges once the shipment has been dispatched. Shipments classed as lost, delayed, or damaged by our couriers due to an incorrect address being given by the customer will NOT be refunded.

Parcels returned to Treasure Island Sweets Ltd from the USA or Canada marked as uncollected, refused, incorrect address, moved, not wanted, and so on will not qualify for a refund of the original shipping charge. We will refund the original purchase price for the goods less any shipping charges.

Customs officials do have the right to open and inspect any package at random. This is beyond our control as a spot check can be made by the local customs authority at will. Your goods should not be harmed in any way but the outer packaging may be opened and resealed accordingly.
