We use Royal Mail for our Bronze and Silver delivery services. Our Gold service is fully tracked and insured and delivered by APC Overnight or FEDEX courier.

The candy canes were fine. They weren't smooth, lots of quite deep craters in from burst bubbles. 2/6 we're broken on arrival. One of those was broken beyond repair. The other I managed to re-melt back together.
