We always respond to emails between 9:00am and 5:00pm the same working day. Please note that this is the fastest way to contact us and your email will be dealt with quickly.

Health and Safety

Some sweets may not be suitable for children under the age of three. Because our products are sourced by several manufacturers, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of traces of nuts.

Gift Messages

We reserve the right to amend any gift message that we believe may offend the recipient. We will contact you before any amendment is made. Gift messages are attached to the outside of the delivery box.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months and can not be exchanged for cash or refunded, only valid for on-line purchases.

Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All purchases are made in GBP and include VAT in the price shown.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Delta payment cards as well as PayPal and GooglePay.

All images are for illustration purposes only and copy write Treasure island Sweets™, manufactures trademarks and supplied images are hereby acknowledged. Manufactures often change the design, colour, packaging and shape of confectionery without notice. We reserve the right to substitute a product for one of the same quality if it is out of stock or amended by a manufacture. If you require an exact product match for photographic purposes, please call or email us first to confirm the details.

Shipping and handling

Orders up to noon, Monday to Friday, will normally be dispatched the same day. All orders after noon will be dispatched the next working day. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that 'Gold' and 'Silver' delivery options (UK) require a signature on delivery. We can deliver to your work address. Our courier deliveries will only be made Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 8.00pm. Please make sure somebody is in to sign for the parcel if the delivery is going to your home address.

Deliveries are made weekdays only unless a Saturday delivery has been paid for. Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address. A £6.95 charge will be made to change any delivery address once the goods have left us in the event of an incorrect address being given by the customer or to resend a returned consignment. It is not always possible to amend a delivery address once shipped , please do check your order confirmation to make sure your delivery address details are correct.

Our company name will show on all delivery labels as a return address is required in the event of loss or damage.

Please note, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days. If you require a weekend delivery please call first or select our 'Saturday Delivery' option at the checkout.

Orders to any non UK mainland address (Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands, will have longer delivery times. please allow approximately five working days extra.

Returns Policy (UK Only)

You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund on the items you have ordered. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Please contact us first before returning any item so that we can issue you a returns number and arrange collection if required. Return shipping charges are the customers liability in the event of change of mind or no longer required (the original shipping charge will not be refunded in this event). It is the customers responsibility to insure safe transit and we strongly recommend using a tracked / insured delivery service.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days once we have received your items back with us.

International Deliveries

International orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Parcel Service. International Shipping Rates are shown in the checkout. Overseas, allow 28 days for delivery. Customs clearance may delay parcels in transit.

If you are ordering from a non-UK address your credit card company will apply the appropriate exchange rate. Your credit card company may charge you a small fee for this. Your credit card will be debited on the day your order is dispatched; this is handled by our secure credit card processing facility with Opayo (Previously called SagePay).

The customer is liable for all taxes and custom duties imposed by their country.

USA and Canada

Delivery may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should contact you by telephone once your products are in customs to let you know the charge due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be.

Customs and import duty

Customs can inspect/open any parcel to check its contents, this is beyond our control and may cause a delay with delivery. Parcels opened by customs will be labelled accordingly. Packaging and products must be kept in the event of a claim for damaged goods caused by customs, photographic evidence will be required along with original customs label. We can not accept any liability or refund any charges/tax/duty imposed by customs or local taxation.

Stock shortages

In the unlikely event that your items are out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status. We reserve the right to substitute any item for one of a similar type. (Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)

Delivery Schedule

Orders received up to noon on Monday - Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. All orders after noon will be dispatched on the next working day. Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day. 

Please make sure somebody is in to sign for the parcel if the delivery is going to your home address. Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address. A charge will be made to change any delivery address once the goods have shipped.

International deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Tracked Parcel Service. B.F.P.O forces posted overseas - your parcel will be delivered as quickly as possible, however due to security issues we cannot give an exact date your parcel will arrive but rest assured it will arrive as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 14 days for all overseas deliveries. We will do our up most to dispatch your order promptly.

Pallets are charged at £48 + VAT per failed delivery attempts, 'B2B' for refused or unavailable to accept delivery attempts.

Credit Card Security

We use a secure 256 bit order system with one of the leading companies in the field, OPayo (Previously called Sagepay), with 256-bit encryption. Your credit card details are encrypted on their secure server to protect you from fraud. We do not receive or store your credit card details.


We guarantee your satisfaction. Under the distance selling regulations you may return items up to 7 days from receipt of good for a full refund. We can only refund food products if they are unopened in their original wrappers. Damaged products must be returned before a refund can be made. We do require photographic proof of damage before the item is returned. Please do not accept a delivery if it is damaged in transit.

Delays due to adverse weather conditions, postal strikes, acts of god, national security, disease, virus or or terrorism are beyond our control and as such we do not guarantee delivery by a certain date due to the nature of these acts, nor are we liable for costs incurred due to delay. Return postage will only be reimbursed up to a reasonable amount which must be agreed in writing before dispatch.

Privacy Policy

Treasure Island Sweets Ltd does not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used, and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Data collected by this site is used to: a) Take and fulfil customer orders, b) Administer and enhance the site and service, c) Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Returns policy and cancellation

We will do our utmost to ensure that your order arrives with you in good order as soon as is physically possible. If, however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return the product in its original packaging with a copy of your original order and covering letter explaining your concerns. We will be happy to refund you in full for the goods.

This is in accordance with the distance selling regulations UK This does not affect your statutory rights. You can cancel your order at any time after placing the order and up to 7 days after receiving goods. Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a signed for delivery. We cannot except any responsibility for goods returned to us that are lost in transit. We will not be held liable for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit. (Example, chocolate melting in hot weather.)

Orders cancelled for any non-faulty/damaged or substituted items will be refunded in full for goods only, the original delivery charge will not be refunded accept at our discretion. Trade accounts and B2B sales fall outside of the consumer contracts regulations above, please contact us for a copy of our full terms and conditions for B2B sales. Trade and B2B sales are non refundable along with special order items, made to order items and seasonal products.

Trade mark / Image copywrite

Treasure Island Sweets™ is a registered trade mark and protected under UK trade mark laws. Images off all our products are protected under copywrite laws and may not be used or distributed under any circumstance accept with our permission. If you would like to use one of our product images please contact us for further details. Images used without our permission will be due royalties.

Orders and contract information

Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between Treasure Island Sweets Ltd and you when we dispatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by Treasure Island Sweets Ltd, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are dispatched the order may not be accepted by Treasure Island Sweets Ltd or may be cancelled by you.

Exceptions apply to orders for personalised items made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received email confirmation that your order has been received, as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. (example gift message jars and branded sweets, branded gift bags and branded hampers).

Orders placed are covered by the consumer contract regulations act 2014. Orders placed for B2B sales and trade accounts fall outside of the consumer contract regulations act, please contact us for our full terms and conditions in relation to B2B and trade sales.
