Searching for these drinks, I accidentally stumbled onto this website. Excellent service and goods arrived promptly and safely. The drink is going down very well. Gladly recommend the drink and Treasure Island Sweets.

Delivery & Returns

 

DELIVERY PRICES AND OPTIONS*

    1. Bronze Delivery:  sent via 'Tracked 48 Royal Mail Delivery',  £4.95 please allow up to 7 working days ( Free Delivery* on orders over £60)
    2. Silver Delivery:  2 to 3 working days £5.95  (Sent by Courier Fedex or APC fully tracked)
    3. Gold Delivery*: 1 to 2 working days £7.95   (Sent by Courier Fedex or APC fully tracked)  our fastest option and takes priority
    4. Free Delivery : spend £60 and get free Tracked delivery (UK only) delivery normally takes from 2 to7 working days.
    5. Delivery is  made on weekdays only ( Saturday delivery is available if you select (SATURDAY Delivery in the checkout)
      *UK Mainland Only, (Highlands & Islands, N-Ireland, Channel Islands will take longer to arrive, approx. two extra days for gold orders, and 3 extra days for silver and bronze, the exact delivery charge will be calculated in the checkout).
    6. We have no minimum order value, so if you want just one bag of sweets we are happy to help you as much as someone who would like a whole pallet of candy canes !
  • We can deliver to your place of work or a separate address, just tell us where when you checkout.
     
  • We will not be held liable for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit. (Example, chocolate melting in hot weather )
    Please bear this in mind if ordering in a heat wave in the height of summer! We have air conditioning but delivery vans do not always have that luxury!

     

  • Gold Delivery Extra Benefits:
    1. Track and trace service via your mobile phone, email and web browser.
    2. A two hour delivery window estimate direct to your mobile phone or email on the day of your delivery. No longer do you have to wait in all day, we tell you when it is coming.
    3. You will get a text first thing letting you know your delivery time, for example (between 11am and 1pm). You can amend the delivery day if you so wish or arrange to collect in person if need be.
    4. You can also update your delivery via the internet using your tracking number.
    5. Remember to give us your mobile number in the checkout if you select gold delivery.
  • Our parcels will show our company name on the delivery labels and if you choose a gift message this will be attached to the outside of the parcel.

  • Collect From Store Delivery Option:  you will need to collect from our store in Bristol. This is the only collection location currently available. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be picked and packed ready for collection.

  • Returns Policy UK Only. ( Excludes USA & Canada )

    You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund on the items you have ordered. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of 'our' error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.). Please contact us first before returning any item so that we can issue you a returns number and arrange collection if required. Return shipping charges are the customers liability in the event of change of mind or no longer required (the original shipping charge will not be refunded in this event). It is the customers responsibility to insure safe transit and we strongly recommend using a tracked / insured delivery service.  

    You should expect to receive your refund within 3 working days once we have received your items back with us.

  • Parcels returned to Treasure Island Sweets Ltd marked as ( uncollected, unpaid duty/taxes on import, refused, incorrect address, moved, not wanted, etc, will not qualify for a refund on the original shipping charge. We will refund the original purchase price for the goods less any shipping charges.

    Customs officials do have the right to open and inspect any package at random, this is beyond our control as a spot check can be made by the local customs authority at will. Your goods should not be harmed in anyway but the outer packaging may be opened and resealed accordingly.

  • Delivery into Europe BREXIT UPDATE 19.01.2021  (France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Netherlands,  Finland etc are currently suspended due to customs problems, we had had too many orders delayed or returned since BREXIT so at this time we are currently not shipping to mainland Europe. For large orders we are happy to take your order  on an ex works basis where you may arrange your own courier to collect from us. Please contact us for more details. ): your order may be liable for local VAT and import duty set by your country. This will be charged to yourself by the courier or customs and payment will be required before delivery. If your order is returned to us for non payment of import duty / VAT we will deduct the original shipping charge before calculating the refund. We are NOT responsible for any import duty or VAT (Tax) set by your country. As a guide current VAT in Europe is set at 20% and import duty for confectionery is around 10% depending on the product. Not all products have this new duty or VAT charge. We are working to improve display of which products are duty/vat free. You will however no longer be charged the UK VAT at 20% so you will see a reduction in the checkout when you select a European delivery address

We also deliver throughout Europe and worldwide via DPD and UPS courier and R-Mail Air Mail Services. The shipping charge will be calculated automatically when you checkout. Delivery throughout Europe with standard shipping (Inside Europe Air Mail) should arrive within 5 to 15 business day after posting but please allow up to 30 in case of delays due to customs or border control. Our faster courier delivery to Europe (Inside Europe Courier) should arrive in 3 to 5 business days after posting, again please allow some extra time in case of customs or border control delays as times are estimated.

USA / Canada Shipping / Delivery (please allow extra time for customs clearance) we are shipping to you but due to COVID delays can happen which we are not liable for

VAT ( BRITISH TAX ON GOODS) is not charged on orders exported to the USA/CANADA
The 20% tax rate (vat) will automatically be removed in the checkout when you place your order so long as delivery and billing is to an address in the USA or Canada.

We deliver to the USA and Canada via one of our couriers: UPS, DPD or Royal Mail Air Mail.
Fast courier delivery should take between 2 and five working days after the day we dispatch. We do not dispatch on weekends or on UK bank holidays dates, orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are not classed as working days. Delivery dates are estimated and not a guaranteed delivery date service. Local taxes may be payable by the customer on import depending on local States internal tax rules. We can not accept any liability or refund charges/ tax / import duty imposed by customs or local taxation in any form.

Royal Mail International delivery should take 7 to 14 days, it may take longer from time to time. If your order is urgent please use our courier option.

The vast majority of parcels to the USA / Canada will arrive quickly, require a signature on delivery and without any problems or delays with customs.

To avoid any complications with your shipment, please double check your address and ZIP code are correct, in the event of an incorrect address being given we are unable to refund any delivery charge once the shipment is dispatched. Shipments classed as lost , delayed or damaged by our couriers due to an incorrect delivery address being given by the customer will not be refunded.
