Very good flavour. These are the mini blocks and in each little packet there are 5 chews. Much easier to place in a lunch box for a little treat or in your bag. \nI keep some packets in the car in case my blood sugar levels drop when I am not at home. They are much nicer than the normal glucose gels that I have.
