Black Liquorice Cats - a sweet delicacy from the Dutch. These liquorice pussy cats are quite firm with a chewy texture and strong liquorice flavour. As they are quite small you get a lot in each bag to keep you going, about eighty three in the 250g bag size..

Sugar, gelatine (contains SULPHUR DIOXIDE), glucose syrup, liquorice extract, vegetable oil, aniseed oil, glazing agent (bees wax), WHEAT flour.

I'd given up hope of ever finding these again, having got addicted to them back (or something similar)20-odd years ago.
Lovely deep, satisfying liquorice flavour, and "just chewy enough" - a few go a very long way - totally yummm!
