We are open for orders but Please allow an extra 1 to 2 working days on top of our normal delivery times.
If you choose our gold delivery option that normally takes 1 to 2 days, it may now take an extra day or two on top of normal delivery times.
PLEASE NOTE DURING HOT WEATHER CHOCOLATE WILL MELT SO PLEASE ONLY ORDER CHOCOLATE ITEMS IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO TAKE A RISK OF MELTING!
WE CAN NOT REFUND CHOCOLATE THAT HAS MELTED DUE TO HOT WEATHER
All deliveries may be delayed on route with the couriers after we have dispatched so please allow a little extra time for delivery.
We have strict procedures in place to insure staff and customer safety at this time. Our couriers will also deliver as normal and they have their own strict procedures in place .
If your order is shipped by courier instead of Royal Mail the following will apply.
Couriers are no longer asking customers to sign their handheld units and instead drivers will sign it on your behalf. We will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit.
With this new process you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibility of all your parcels.
This now forms our proof of delivery process for all deliveries until further notice for GOLD and Silver delivery options.
